Privacy Policy

This policy explains what AKR Food and Beverage LLC, doing business as The Waterfall Method ("we", "us"), collects through thewaterfallmethod.com, the runway check, our emails, and the sale of The Waterfall Ledger.

1. What we collect

• Your email address, when you enter it to receive your runway check result.
• Your result: your FI stage, Debt Freedom level and Runway band. We do not store the dollar amounts you enter in the runway check.
• Purchase details, when you buy The Waterfall Ledger: your name, email, billing country and postal code, and the purchase record. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe, not by us.
• Basic usage data: pages visited, referring site, device and browser type, collected through standard site analytics and advertising pixels if enabled.

2. What we do not collect

We never ask for bank logins and never connect to your financial accounts. The Waterfall Ledger is a Google Sheet that you copy into your own Google account. The numbers you enter there stay in your account. We cannot see or access them.

3. How we use it

• To send your result and the emails you signed up for.
• To deliver your purchase, send receipts and answer support requests.
• To understand which pages and messages are useful, and to improve them.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations and prevent fraud.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that run the business for us, under their own privacy and security terms:

• Stripe, for payments.
• Loops, for email.
• Google, for hosting the Ledger template.
• Our website host and analytics or advertising providers, such as Pinterest and Meta, if enabled.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Your choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in any email.
• Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by writing to support@thewaterfallmethod.com. We will respond within 30 days.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. We honor them on request.

6. Retention

We keep your email and result while you remain subscribed, and for up to 12 months after you unsubscribe so we can honor that request. We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, generally 7 years.

7. Security

We use reputable providers and limit what we collect. No method of storage or transmission is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Waterfall Method is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will also be sent by email.
