Terms of Sale and Use

These terms govern your use of thewaterfallmethod.com, the runway check, and your purchase of The Waterfall Ledger from AKR Food and Beverage LLC, doing business as The Waterfall Method. By using the site or buying, you agree to them.

1. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract.

2. The product

The Waterfall Ledger is a digital Google Sheet template. After purchase, you receive a link to make your own copy. You need a free Google account to use it. Price is $79, charged once. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

3. Delivery

Your access link is shown after checkout and sent to your email. If it does not arrive within one hour, contact support@thewaterfallmethod.com.

4. Refunds

If the Ledger is not useful to you, email support@thewaterfallmethod.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. No reason is required. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

5. License

We grant you a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Ledger for your own household. You may not resell, share, publish, sublicense or distribute the template or its contents, or use it to provide services to others. We keep all rights to the template, the stage framework presentation, the site content and The Waterfall Method name and marks.

6. Educational use only

The runway check and the Ledger are educational tools, not financial advice. The Disclaimer at thewaterfallmethod.com/disclaimer is part of these terms.

7. Your numbers

Your copy of the Ledger lives in your Google account. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for keeping your copy secure, and for any sharing settings you choose.

8. No warranty

The site, runway check and Ledger are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that they are error free, uninterrupted, or suited to your situation. Google Sheets is a third party service we do not control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AKR Food and Beverage LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for any financial loss or decision you make based on the runway check or the Ledger. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Ledger.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. The terms in place at the time of your purchase govern that purchase.
